12:00pm Welcome to Le Meridien Kota Kinabalu!
Be welcomed by the ever-warm Malaysian Greetings and check into our newly refurbished chic and contemporary Urban or Vista Rooms*. The choice is yours to relax or start your day immediately from the surrounding area! Start with a quick bite at Latitude 05 or head straight to the Handicraft Market also frequent by the locals.
If you are looking for other enclosed alternatives, explore Kota Kinabalu's shopping complexes within walking distances. Nearby suggestions include; Centrepoint Mall (1 minute walk), Suria Sabah (10 minutes walk) or IMAGO Shopping Mall (20 minutes walk) which features high-end vendors such as H&M, Uniqlo, Cotton On, Rip Curl, Nandos, Burger King, Dragon i, Sushi Zanmai, Boost and more.
5:00pm Take a dip, or continue the evening
Return to the hotel for a quick dip into our newly refurbished outdoor pool and unwind over your favourite cocktails overlooking the sunset. If you're feeling adventurous, try our locally inspired cocktails Moginum, Azure Romance, KK Sweet and MyHoney which include chili, lihing (local rice wine) and more!
Choose to continue the evening with a swim or take on an evening stroll along the waterfront esplanade.
If dinner is done early, take the option to walk around town with your loved ones. If the night is young for you, check out many of the pubs and clubs along the waterfront to rock the night away.
8:00am A day to be out and about!
Sleep in or take the time to enjoy the breathtaking sea view! Head on for a power breakfast at Latest Recipe and be fueled with local specials such as nasi lemak, freshly made eggs, pastries, fruits and fresh juices.
Or take a walk around the area to scout for other delicious vibrant local meals of Tuaran Mee, Tom Yam Mee and more!

10:00am A trip to the islands!
Renown for its close proximity to the beautiful islands, Kota Kinabalu is the perfect jumping off point to your island hopping from Jesselton Point. Swim and play at the crystal clear waters, white sandy beaches and snorkel to see the beautiful fishes at Manukan, Mamutik or Sapi Islands. Opt to try the world's longest zipline from one island to another via Sapi Island!
3:00pm Find solace in Latitude 05 or continue with the evening
After a whole day of snorkeling and swimming, find solace at the cool and chic Latitude 05. Enjoy a delectable English Afternoon High Tea or a cup of nicely brewed Illy coffee with eclairs on the sides.
6:00pm Exclusive dining at Favola
Do one of KK's most recommended food suggestion: enjoying a delicious seafood dinner at the vibrant seafood restaurants or if exclusivity and privacy is something you desire, simply be pampered at our fine dining Favola Italian Restaurant's authentic Tuscany flavors.
8:00am Start early with Sunday Market Gaya Street!
Wake up and enjoy the weekly Sunday Market at Gaya Street where you can shop for anything from local features of sarong batik, local food and fruits, unique arts and crafts, local antiques, souvenirs and more!
10:00am Brunch along Gaya Street
Brunch at famous local breakfast joints; featuring Laksa, beef noodles and many more! Plenty of cafés/ restaurants to choose from to whet your wandering appetites at Gaya Street!
If you've got the extra time, walk down the historical journey of the Australian Place and visit Atkinson Clock Tower, the oldest standing structure in Kota Kinabalu. Climb further uphill you and will be able to see beautiful quaint city of Kota Kinabalu from the Signal Hill Observatory Platform!
